Returns and Replacements
Traffic's shipping policyWe want you to be happy with your order from Traffic.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you find that you are dissatisfied with anything purchased from Traffic it may be returned within 14 days — in unused condition — for your choice of an exchange or a full refund (less shipping charges). Refunds will be made via the credit card used to purchase the item(s) with return shipping charges deducted from your refund. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase in original condition and tags attached to the item(s). Please return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Ship all items well-packed and insured. We cannot refund or credit items that have been damaged in return shipping because of poor packing.

Return Shipping Charges and Insurance

You are responsible for any return shipping charges and insurance for the merchandise you are returning.

Sale Items

Sale (special/reduced price) items will be accepted for Store Credit only! No credit card refunds will be issued for the return of discounted items.

Christmas and Holiday Gifts

Christmas and holiday gifts may be exchanged or returned by January 15th immediately following the holiday the item(s) were gifted.


Please call us at 970-927-9645 before shipping an item back to us. We may be able to expedite the exchange if you let us know the manufacturer, style number, color and size of the new item, and we will hold it for you until we receive the original item back from you. You will be charged appropriate shipping on the new item.

Mis-shipped or Defective Items

If we have incorrectly sent you an item, we will arrange return shipment or reimburse you for the shipping charges to return it to us, and you will not be charged shipping for the replacement. If the merchandise being returned is defective, it will be inspected, evaluated and repaired, replaced or refunded in a timely manner.

Help Us, Help You!

Please wrap the item(s) in a moisture proof plastic layer and package it in a sturdy and protective shipping container. We are not responsible for merchandise returned that is lost, damaged or stolen in transit to us. Please include a note with your full contact information, who you spoke to when you called about the return, and what your request is (exchange, refund/store credit, defective etc...). A photocopy of the receipt is helpful and will expedite the process.
